No animals are allowed in your apartment or the community without prior written consent. If pets are permitted, a maximum of two per home is allowed.

The following dog breeds or mixes are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-Hybrid. Any dog with a history of biting, injury, or property damage is also prohibited. We reserve the right to make the final determination of an animal’s breed, and a DNA test may be required at your expense.
