Yes, Memorial Hills is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs and offer amenities designed to make living with pets comfortable and convenient. 

All pet fees are charged per pet. This includes a $500 one-time pet fee and a $30 monthly pet rent.

Breed or weight restrictions may apply in accordance with community guidelines. The following dog breeds or mixes are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-Hybrid. Any dog with a history of biting, injury, or property damage is also prohibited. We reserve the right to make the final determination of an animal’s breed, and a DNA test may be required at your expense. Our leasing team can review current pet policies with you. 

Our pet-friendly community offers convenient amenities like a pet park area and dog wash station, along with easy access to Buffalo Bayou Park just steps away and Johnny Steele Dog Park less than a mile from the community. Perfect for daily walks and playtime.

Yes, all apartment homes include an in-unit washer and dryer. Laundry appliances may be full-size or stacked, depending on the selected floor plan. Please contact our leasing team for details on specific apartment layouts.

The Signature and Luxe finish packages offer two distinct interior design options, allowing residents to choose the style that best fits their lifestyle.

The Signature Finish Package features classic, warm design elements such as granite countertops, warm-colored hardwood flooring, diamond-tiled kitchen backsplashes, framed bathroom mirrors, tile bathroom surrounds, and brushed nickel bathroom faucets.

The Luxe Finish Package offers a more elevated, modern aesthetic with premium upgrades, including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl wood-style flooring, subway-tile kitchen backsplashes, upgraded lighting, filtered gooseneck kitchen faucets, LED bathroom mirrors, stone tile bathroom surrounds, upgraded bathroom faucets, and an upgraded paint color throughout the apartment.

You can apply online through our Applicant Portal or in person at the leasing office. The application process is quick and secure. 

Application approval is based on multiple factors, including credit history, income, and rental background. Our leasing team can discuss qualification criteria in detail.

Most applications are reviewed within 24–72 hours after all required documentation is submitted.

Residents can submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal or contact the leasing office directly.

Memorial Hills has a on-call maintenance team member that can help in event of a maintenance emergency. Please call our office directly and follow the prompts to leave a message for our on-call maintenance.

Yes, Memorial Hills is professionally managed by Asset Living, with on-site staff dedicated to resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
